One may say that I'm a searcher. And anyone who is searching can find, but for real searchers finding has no importance. What has been found leads to the next search, with everything that has ever been found as a driving force. I accompanied editors, trained inventors and consultants, advised entrepreneurs and was myself an entrepreneur. Was a psychotherapist and author of "Happy doubting". Now I am exploring the possibilities of digital creation, modern printing technology and new materials, but not without a substantial question. Our rational thinking helps man, but on the way to where?
Creative freedom started early, playing the double bass in jazz formations from my 15th on. It gave me the first taste of improvisation and sound colour.
Later on -in France- I worked with photo-ceramics because the glazes produce such marvellous intense colours.
Slumping and fusing glass longtime was another hot item. In Arizona I took up wax to craft some interesting bronzes.
Now retired, I live on one of the beautiful islands in the south of the Netherlands.
Creating my own style of pictures became my passion, new interesting techniques with new results.
My ears forced the double bass in a rather decorative position, but new compositions I now develop in pictures.
Creativity and passion just continue.
